OPERATION
You can use this deep-fryer to fry small quantities of
snacks, such as spring rolls, chicken wings and fries.
Ideal for preparing a savoury snack.
USING FOR THE FIRST TImE
• Remove all packaging from the appliance.
• Clean the appliance, see 'Cleaning and Maintenance'.
• Attach the handle to the frying basket. Squeeze both
sides of the handle together for this. The end of the
handle will then fit into the basket's handle holder.
Now slowly release the handle and make sure that
both ends lock into the eyes and clamps of the basket
(see also the picture in the description of parts).
• When the appliance is switched on and heats up
for the first time, a small amount of smoke may be
released and you may detect a certain smell. This is
normal, and will disappear after a few minutes.
• Fill the appliance with oil or liquid frying fat. See

'Using the appliance'.

• Continue with the procedure in 'Using the appliance'.
USING THE APPLIANCE
Filling the Appliance with oil or fat
• Open the lid by pressing the lid opener.
• Use the handle to remove the frying basket from the
appliance.
• Fill the appliance with the required amount of oil
or liquid fat. Make sure that the appliance is filled
to at least the minimum level and no higher than
