Installation of module in MDRC
1 Remove dust cover.
2 If necessary, plug protective conductor on the
underside of the module.
3 Remove upper part of housing from lower part
of housing by pulling apart.
4 Seat bottom part of housing onto the mounting
rail and snap into place.
5 Insert the prefabricated module into the bottom
part.
6 Position it so that
- the lower edge of the plug sits against the
edge of the housing cutout
- the protective conductor sits in the oblong
opening of the bottom part.
7 Insert the upper part of the MDRC housing
with the latch into the bottom part and press
upwards until it engages.
Close dust cover if necessary. Label inset and
insert under the cover.

Important note!

lowing instructions:
· Use only patch cables and plugs that conform
to the required standards. If necessary, have the
manufacturer verify the conformity to standards.
· Avoid unnecessary mechanical stress on the
sockets when inserting or removing the patch
cable (e.g. pull, pressure, tilting).
· Install the patch cable in the distribution cabinet
in such a way that the plugs/sockets are not
subjected to inadmissible pressure when the
door is closed.
