Please read these safety instructions before use and
keep them carefully.

! If the instructions given in this manual are not fol-
lowed, there is a risk of injury.
! The electric vibrating sander complies with valid
technical regulations and standards.
! Observe the relevant regulations when sanding
lacquered surfaces.
! Whenever possible, use a vacuum cleaner to re-
move dust.
! Remove dust and other waste in an environmentally
friendly manner.
! Be especially careful when sanding paint containing
lead.
! All persons entering the work area must wear a
special protective mask against smoke and dust from
paint containing lead.
! Children and pregnant women are prohibited from
entering such a work area.
! It is forbidden to use the vibrating sander for grinding
objects made of magnesium.
! Make sure the material is properly supported or
fixed.
! Use eye protection and a dust mask when working.
! Check the tools before starting work. Never work
with a damaged tool.
! Switch on the tool only if you hold it firmly in your
hands.
! Hold the tool firmly with both hands while working.
! The tool is continuously in operable condition - pre-
vent it from being started unintentionally.
! Never leave the tool on during work breaks.
! Do not touch the moving parts of the tool. Lead the
power cable of the tool towards the back, out of reach
of moving parts of the tool.
! Be careful when sanding surfaces under which live
electrical wiring is stored.
! The tool vibrates during use. The vibration of the tool
can cause the screws to loosen. Therefore, before
starting work, always check that all screws on the tool
are firmly tightened.
Notice:
! Never use the tool without sandpaper - this would
seriously damage the sanding plate.
! Never work with force. If there is too much pressure
on the tool, there is a decrease in the grinding perfor-
mance, premature wear of the sanding paper and a
shortening of the life of the tool.
It is prohibited to use the sander for sanding the
surfaces of magnesium objects.
! Observe the relevant safety regulations when sand-
ing lacquered surfaces.
! Whenever possible, use an extraction device to
extract the dust.
! Remove dust and other waste in an environmentally
friendly manner.
! Use eye protection and a dust mask when working.

USE AND OPERATION
ASIST tools are intended for home or hobby use only.
The manufacturer and importer do not recommend
using this tool in extreme conditions and under heavy
loads.
Any other additional requirements must be subject
to agreement between the manufacturer and the
customer.
Attachment of sandpaper (B,C)
Open the paper clips (4).
Take the sandpaper with the desired grain size and
place it on the pad (5). Make sure the perforations on
the paper and on the mat match.
Fold both ends of the paper over the edge of the mat.
Clamp the paper one at a time, making sure both
ends of the paper are secured.
! the sandpaper must be firmly attached to the pad so
that it cannot come loose.
