Possible cause& Solution
The interior may need to be cleaned.
Some food, containers or wrapping cause odors.
The following sounds are quite normal:
Compressor running noises.

Air movement noise from the small fan motor in
•
the freezer compartment or other
compartments.
Gurgling sound similar to water boiling.
•
Clicking noise before the compressor starts.
•
Other unusual noises are due to the following reasons
and may need you to check and take action:
The cabinet is not level.
•
The back of appliance touches the wall.
•
Bottles or containers knocking against each other.
•
Is the place of installation ventilated?
•
Is the freezer exposed to direct sunlight, placed near a
•
heater or stove?
Are the lids opened and closed frequently?
•
Are items stocked beyond the load line?
•
Is a lot of frost forming in the display freezer?
•
Condensation may form on the exterior and door
during hot and humid days or depending on the place
of installation. This occurs when the humidity is high
and water particles form on the cold surfaces. This is
normal. Wipe away condensation with a dry cloth.
Especially in summer or when starting to run, the
•
circumference of display freezer feels hot because
display freezer inside has a pipe for radiating and
preventing condensation.
The heat do not affect the items inside.
