The operation of this unit in a manner inconsistent with the owner's manual will void the warranty and is also against federal regulations.
World Marketing of America, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship, to the original retail
purchaser only, and for the time period identified above, measured from the date of the initial purchase as evidenced on an invoice,
cancelled check, sales receipt, etc., to receipt of a claim by World Marketing of America, Inc. ("WMAI") or an authorized dealer.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
• This warranty only covers WMAI appliances that are purchased through an WMAI authorized retailer, dealer or distributor.
• This warranty is only valid while the WMAI appliance remains at the site of original installation. This warranty does not apply to
products purchased for rental use.
DUTIES OF THE OWNER:
This heating appliance must be installed operatedand maintained in accordance with the written instructions furnished with this
heater. This warranty shall not excuse the owner from properly maintaining this heater in accordance with the written instructions
furnished with this heater. A bill of sale, cancelled check or payment record must be kept to verify purchase date and establish
warranty period.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
1. Damage caused by misuse or use contrary to the owner's manual and safety guidelines.
2. Damage caused by a lack of normal maintenance.
3. Repair by an unauthorized person.
4. Damage caused by connection to an improper voltage.
5. Damaged caused by use outdoors.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover the following:
• Damage to or changes in surface finishes as a result of normal use. As a heating appliance, some changes in color or interior and
exterior surface finishes may occur. This is not a flaw and is not covered under warranty.
• Damage to printed, plated, or enameled surfaces caused by fingerprints, accidents, misuse, scratches, melted items, or other
external sources and residues left on the plated surfaces from the use of abrasive cleaners or polishes.
• Minor expansion, contraction, or movement of certain parts causing noise. These conditions are normal and complaints related to
this noise are not covered by this warranty.
• Damages resulting from: (1) failure to install, operate, or maintain the appliance in accordance with the installation
instructions, operating instructions, and listing agent identification label furnished with the appliance; (2) failure to install the
appliance in accordance with local building codes and/or authorities having jurisdiction; (3) shipping or improper handling;
(4) improper operation, abuse, misuse, continued operation with damaged, corroded or failed components, accident,
alteration, or improperly/incorrectly performed repairs; (5) environmental conditions, weather, inadequate ventilation, negative
pressure, or drafting caused by tightly sealed constructions, insufficient make-up air supply, or handling devices such as exhaust
fans or forced air furnaces or other such causes; (6) use of fuels other than those specified in the operating instructions; (7)
installation or use of components not supplied with appliance or any other components not expressly authorized and approved by
WMAI; (8) modification of the appliance not expressly authorized and approved by WMAI in writing; and/or (9) interruptions or
fluctuations of electrical power supply to the appliance.
• Non-Certified venting components, hearth components or other accessories used in conjunction with the appliance.
