Basic cleaning
Before using the unit for the first time, wash / rinse the bowls and blades in soapy
water and dry thoroughly. All parts of the unit are dishwasher-safe. Wipe the motor
unit with a moist cloth only; do not dip in water.
Initial operation and use
Danger of injury!
The very sharp blade 2 can cut off body parts. Your fingers and thumbs especially
are at risk. Always get hold of the knife blade 2 at the finger protection.
Assembling the pair of knife blades

Insert the metal pin of one blade into the slit of the other blade.

Use of the electric knife

Insert the plug into the socket.
