• WHEN USING THE JUICER FOR THE FIRST
TIME, ODOR MAY BE EMITTED.
• POWER PLUG IS NOT PLUGGED INTO
THE OUTLET.
• THE PULL ROD / SAFETY LATCH IS NOT
IN PLACE AND TOP COVER IS NOT
PROPERLY SECURED.
• LOW POWER VOLTAGE.
• EXCESSIVE INGREDIENTS PUSH THE ROD
WITH EXCESSIVE FORCE.
• MOTOR OVERHEAT CONTROL
PROTECTION.
• JUICE EXTRACTION SCREEN IS
DAMAGED.
• TOO MUCH PULP IN THE CENTRAL RING.
• IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF JUICE
EXTRACTION SCREEN.
• UNSTABLE PLACEMENT OF PRODUCT
OR CAME OFF OF FOOT PAD.

Solution
• IF THIS HAPPENS, ENSURE THERE IS
SUFFICIENT VENTILATION AROUND
THE APPLIANCE.
• MAKE SURE THE UNIT IS OFF AND
PLUGGED IN.
• TURN OFF THE UNIT, THEN UNPLUG
IT. REMOVE ANY INGREDIENTS IF
ALREADY ADDED. LIFT THE PULL
ROD / SAFETY LATCH GENTLY THEN
PRESS IT DOWN ENSURING TOP
COVER ASSEMBLY IS SECURELY
LOCKED IN PLACE.
• CHECK IF POWER IS OFF
• TURN OFF THE UNIT, THEN UNPLUG
IT. REMOVE ANY INGREDIENTS IF
ALREADY ADDED. LIFT THE PULL
ROD / SAFETY LATCH GENTLY THEN
PRESS IT DOWN ENSURING TOP
COVER ASSEMBLY IS SECURELY
LOCKED IN PLACE.
• RESTART IT AFTER STOPPING 20-30
MINUTES.
• REPLACE THE SCREEN.
• CLEAN THE CENTRAL RING.
• INSTALL JUICE EXTRACTION
SCREEN IN PROPER PLACE.
• PLACE PRODUCT STABLY OR
INSTALL THE FOOT PAD IN PROPER
PLACE.
• DISCONNECT POWER AND TAKE
OUT EXCESSIVE INGREDIENTS.
• CLEAN CENTRAL RING.
• PRESS THE PUSH ROD WITH LESS
FORCE.
