PREMIUM HDMI 1X8 Splitter

INTRODUCTION
This is a compact and practical HDMI Splitter. It distributes the input of the HDMI signal into the four
identical outputs simultaneously. It supports 3D format and 4Kx2K. Its video bandwidth can be up to 3 x
3.4 Gpbs (=10,2 Gbps). The HDMI Splitter is suitable for use in TV dealers, sports restaurants, conference
rooms, multi-room and more in home or office environment and much more.

1.2 EDID ENGINE
The difficulty in the distribution of HDMI signals is often said that the connected monitors master different
resolution formats. When a screen with high resolution (e.g. 1080p) its EDID data first sends to the source,
it is possible that a low-resolution screen displays no image (e.g. 1080i only).

The EDID engine of splinters collects the EDID of the connected screens and passes the highest resolution
on the source that governs ALL screens. This ensures that each screen works - even if partly with reduced
resolution.
