Chef LED Bulbs
Chef LED bulbs are available for all units. Chef LED bulbs are
LED light bulbs that offer energy savings over incandescent
bulbs. Use the following for replacement bulbs:
120 Volts
2700K: R02.30.185.01
3000K: R02.30.195.01
4000K: R02.30.196.01
230 Volts
2700K: R02.30.197.01
3000K: R02.30.198.01
4000K: R02.30.199.01
Chef Side Sneeze Guard
A sneeze guard for the chef side of the unit is available as
an accessory. Use the INSTALLATION section to install the
sneeze guard.
Drip Pan
Drip pans are available as accessories for all units. The drip
pan is placed on top of the base. The stainless steel drip pan is
20" x 26-3/4" x 1" (508 x 680 x 25 mm).

Cutting Board

An NSF-approved wood cutting board is available for use
inside the drip pan. The cutting board is 18" x 24" x 1-3/4"
(457 x 610 x 45 mm).
