Power Adaptor Kit for GV60 Valve Systems
Use ONLY with Valor heater models using GV60 control system
NOTE: These instructions are to be used in conjunction with the fireplace main installation instructions.
The GV60PAK is intended to replace the battery pack connected to the receiver.
DO NOT put batteries in the receiver as they can leak and damage it.
The GV60PAK may be plugged into any suitable receptacle where the ambient
temperature will not exceed 40 degrees C (104 degrees F). Note that the receptacle
must be accessible. The cable can then be routed to the receiver within the bottom
fireplace enclosure.
Receptacles, when installed within the appliance (see installation instructions) are for
the purpose of powering fans, lighting and wifi and are not suitable for the GV60PAK.
1. Unplug the battery box wire from the receiver and keep it in case of power outage.
2. Plug the power adaptor wire to the receiver port where the battery box was plugged.
