• Training always begins with the last used vibra-
tion frequency setting. You cannot change the
speed until the training has started.
Exercising in programme mode
The product has five pre-set programmes (P1–P5),
which last for a maximum of 10 minutes, in which
the frequency automatically changes after certain
intervals.
1. Press the touch-sensitive 'SET' button on the dis-
play (Fig. H) repeatedly, or the 'P' button (3d)
on the remote control, until the desired training
programme P1, P2, P3, P4 or P5 shows up on
the display.
2. Press the touch-sensitive 'PLAY' button on the
board's display or the button (3a) on the
remote control to start the product.
Note: you cannot control time and speed manu-
ally in programme mode.
3. Press the touch-sensitive 'PLAY' button on the
product's display or the button (3a) on the
remote control to end the workout early.
Programme selection
P1
Easy pyramid training: 10 minutes
• Minute 1–3 from 5Hz to 7.32Hz; warm-up
phase
• Minute 4–7 from 8.48Hz to 11.96Hz; stress
phase with moderate activation of the support-
ing hip and back musculature and an improve-
ment in intermuscular coordination
• Minute 8–10 from 10.8Hz to 8.48Hz; relax-
ation of the muscles and cool-down
Select the workout P1, as described in the section
'Selecting the mode' and start the training session.
P2
Intermediate pyramid training: 10 minutes
• Minute 1–2 from 5.58Hz to 7.9Hz; warm-up
phase
• Minute 3–6 from 9.06Hz to 10.22Hz; stress
phase focusing on intramuscular coordination
• Minute 7–10 from 7.9Hz to 5.58Hz; relaxation
and cool-down
Select the workout P2, as described in the section
'Selecting the mode' and start the training session.

supportive musculature to deep muscle

load jump to the maximum muscle strain in this
programme
• Minute 7–9 from 5Hz to 13.12Hz to 10.22Hz;
final peak for maximum muscle strain
• Minute 10 at 5Hz; relaxation and cool-down

Advanced interval training with a higher peak:
10 minutes
• Minute 1 with 5Hz; warm-up phase with stress
on intermuscular coordination
• Minute 2–3 from 5.58Hz to 7.9Hz; jump from
intermuscular stress to intramuscular stress
• Minute 4–5 from 9.06Hz to 10.22Hz; stronger
jump from inter to intramuscular stress
• Minute 6–7 from 11.38Hz to 12.54Hz; light
recovery phase for regeneration
• Minute 8–10 from 13.7Hz to 14.86Hz to
16Hz; renewed maximum load with subsequent
relaxation and cool-down
P5
Full load interval training with maximum peak:
10 minutes.
This programme is recommended for advanced
users only and repeats jumps between 7.32Hz
and peaks of 16.0Hz whereby the entire body
must work to stabilise itself with muscle contrac-
tions.
This programme is designed to improve mobility
and increase the strength of the stressed muscles
and should only be commenced when the body is
well warmed up.
Customised training
In addition to the preset programmes, you have
the option of customising your workout. In order
to adjust the desired settings for training times and
vibration intensity, there must be no programme
mode selected on the display.
