Valentine TF3 fryers are fitted with a safety thermostat. These safety thermostats are placed in
the heater housing at the back of the fryer. The red reset button [6] is apparent underneath the
housing.
It is triggered when the oil temperature exceeds 230°C or in case there is no oil in the fryer
To reset the thermostat:
 Stop the fryer
 Allow the fryer to cool down

No power

Housing not properly in place

Safety thermostat has been

Heating element or the thermo-

Check that the housing is in the
correct position
