Starting
Turn the knob of the switch thermostat [1] to
the required temperature, for example 180
As soon as the yellow lamp [3] goes off, im-
merse the basket into the oil
At the end of the cooking time (see table be-
low), lift the basket slightly and shake it gently
in the tank
After each use, turn the thermostat switch [1]
to the "0" position
If you make a lot of potato fries, water will accumulate in the bottom of the tank. This
scan lead to bubbles and vapour producing oil surges. Regularly change the oil to
prevent such surges.

For best results
If you are using frozen fries, let them thaw for about 1 hour and dry them in a
towel before frying. This will eliminate excess water and the fries will only taste
better !
Avoid large portions. If you ned to serve many guests, pre-cook your frozen
fries 2-3 minutes per portion, then finish with a final cooking for 1 extra minute,
always in portions. You can then serve the entire quantity all at once.
