Troubleshooting
In case of malfunction of the reader, check these points:

Power-off the reader (e.g. by disconnecting the reader from
the AMC).
Set the reader DIP switches 5 to 8 to OFF.
Power-on the reader (e.g. by connecting the reader to the
AMC).
Wait until the reader continuously flashes the green LED
–
The green LED flashing indicates that the OSDP secure
channel data has been deleted.
Power-off the reader (e.g. by disconnecting the reader from
the AMC).
Set the correct reader DIP switch address ( Configuring the
reader (DIP switches), page 27 ).
Power-on the reader (e.g. by connecting the reader to the
AMC).

Is the correct power supply on the plugs of PIN 1 (8.5 VDC
to 16 VDC) and PIN 2 (0 V)?
