INFORMATION!
When calling a service center, you will have to state the type, model and serial number indicated

When waiting for a service technician, do not open the appliance door to avoid an unnecessary
rise in temperature.
When wine bottles need to be removed for service, the consumer is responsible for removing the
content from the cabinet.
Cause/Solution
•
The ambient temperature is too high.
•
The door has been opened for too long or too frequently.
•
The door does not seal properly (the seal is dirty, the door is
misaligned or the seal is damaged, etc.).
•
A larger quantity of bottles is newly inserted.
•
Insufficient air circulation around the compressor and condenser.
Check that there is sufficient ventilation around the appliance.
•
The appliance is cooled by a cooling system with a noise-causing
compressor. The noise level depends on the installation of the
appliance, its correct use and age.
•
When you connect the appliance to the power supply, the noise
made by the compressor or liquid refrigerant may be slightly
louder. This does not indicate a fault and has no effect on the
service life of the appliance. The appliance will produce more
noise for some time.
•
The appliance may temporarily produce more noise after the
door has been opened for too long or too frequently or, there is
a large amount of newly inserted bottles.
•
The appliance may produce more noise when operating in a high
temperature environment.
Check if LED lighting is turned on. For additional information see
chapter »Settings/Light«.
You may not try to repair LED lighting. Please contact a service center.
