Assemble tie downs as shown (Fig. 1). Extend gasket 1" beyond end caps and trim edges. Cut out clearance hole for extrusion tie downs. Secure

extrusions to bed rail using tie downs (Fig. 2). Leave bolt loose.

Passenger Side Sail
Attach side sail gaskets to side sails and crossbar. Note: Because the gaskets are the
same, one gasket is adhered to the right side sail and the other gasket is adhered to the left
side of the crossbar. Assemble the side sails and crossbar using the 3/8" x 3" long socket

head cap screws. Do Not OVERTIGHTEN.

Assemble the top end caps and lower right end cap as shown. Slide the assembled caps into the tube. The tube screw holes and the lower end cap must face to the
inside. With the caps in place secure them with #6 screws.

Insert (2) 5/16" square head nuts and the 3/8" hex bolt into the channel. Fasten

the side sails and tube as shown. Leave loose.

Place the Cab Fairing into final position and tighten the tie down fasteners, side sail and tube fasteners. Do Not Overtighten cross bar fasteners as this will cause the
cross bar to warp. Insert the 5/16" Square Head Bolts into the channel as shown. Attach the Black Tie Down and Tie Down Base. Attach the front and read caps and

secure with the 1/4" x 1" Socket Head Cap Screws. Do Not apply thread lock/silicone to treads.
