Replacing the Cutter

1. Turn the power switch off and unplug the power cord.
2. Remove the water bottle.
3. Remove the brush tank (with the hose and regulator attached) from the tape
machine by releasing the holding clip.
Caution! The water in the tank and the exposed brush tank post may be hot.
4. Pour the water out of the moistening system.
5. Remove the cutter by removing the two mounting screws above the blade. See
Figure O.
6. Reattach the new cutting assembly to the machine by replacing the two mounting
screws.
7. Refill the water bottle with fresh water.
8. Reassemble the moistening system and adjust the cutter following the steps on page
47.
