22. INSTALLING THE COOKING COMPONENTS

Porcelain-Coated Cast-Iron Cooking Grates (#2)

Warming Rack (#1)
Installation:
•
Put the Porcelain-Coated Cast-Iron Cooking Grate in to chamber of Pellet
Grill.
•
Put Warming Rack in to chamber of Pellet Grill.
•
Close the lid of Pellet Grill.
IMPORTANT: To maintain optimal searing and grilling performance of
your cooking grates, regular care and maintenance is required.
23. PLACING THE GAS GRILL COMPONENTS
OPTION #1:

Griddle (#6)
Installation:
•
Mount the Grease Leaking Tube into chamber of Gas Grill.
•
Put the Griddle into chamber of Gas Grill
•
Close the lid of Gas Grill
OPTION #2:
Parts Required:

Gas Grill Cooking grate (#7)

x
Heat Tent (#8)
Installation:
•
Mount the Heat Tent into chamber of Gas Grill.
•
Put the Gas Grill Cooking Grate into chamber of Gas Grill.
•
Close the lid of Gas Grill.
