Problem
Tool operating slowly
Tool seized

Possible Cause
Pressure incorrect
Dirt within the mechanism
Air blockage

Blockage in gauze mesh filter
Dirt or rust in mechanism

Worn motor or clutch parts
Motor or clutch sticking
Throttle valve O-ring or valve seat damaged
If the above troubleshooting solutions fail, contact your dealer or an authorised Silverline service centre.
Solution
Set the correct air pressure according to the specification
Repeat the 'Daily maintenance procedure' several times to clear the dirt
Operate tool in short bursts to clear blockage
Check all fittings and hose for air leaks and correct issue by re-tightening, using
PTFE tape or replacing
Remove Quick Connector (3) and clean mesh filter
Try 'Tool operating slowly' solutions
Tap tool gently with a soft mallet
Free mechanism by rotating drive manually when disconnected from air line
Contact an authorised Silverline service centre
Pour oil into air inlet as per maintenance instructions and operate tool in short
bursts to lubricate and free up
Have the tool repaired at an authorised Silverline service centre
