USER PROGRAMS
In addition to the other numerous programs provided by the
Backmeister also offers two programs that we have named
®
USER PROGRAM and USER PROGRAM GLUTEN-FREE,
because you can program them yourself. You can change
the basic time and program phase settings as programmed
at the factory or leave out various program phases entirely.
This allows you to develop your own individual program for
baking bread or preparing dough. First you should become
familiar with the following information on the basic
programming and use of the USER PROGRAM.
USER PROGRAMMING
Both programs have the following selection possibilities
BROWNING adjustable
Timer adjustable
Levels I and II not adjustable
The pre-programmed sequence is the same as for the
BASIC program. The programmed times of the sequence
are - as specified - adjustable.

Alarm function
The alarm sounds:

Proceed as follows:
Select the desired USER PROGRAM with the respective
button. Select the desired phase with the USER
PROGRAM 1 or 2 button. The symbol for kneading 1 and
the programmed time 0:10 for this phase 0:10 appear on
the display. The set time can be adjusted via the buttons
„TIME +" and „TIME -". Press the button repeatedly until
the desired time appears on the display (beyond „0", if
necessary).
Save the change with the button USER PROGRAM 1 or 2.
Press this button again and the next program phase and
the programmed time will appear on the display: (Rise 1
and 0:20). If the maximum programmable time for the
respective program phase is exceeded by pressing the
buttons „TIME +" and „TIME -" will appear on the display
if this is possible according to the above listing. This phase
is then skipped during the program.
Each programming (adjustment) must be saved by pressing
the USER PROGRAM 1 or 2 button, so that the next program
phase can be programmed. Once you have programmed all
phases to suit your preferences, conclude the programming
by pressing the START/STOP button. The programmed time
for the user program appears on the display. The program
then starts either immediately or after the time set via the
timer function.
CAUTION:
The appliance becomes very hot during
operation and maintains the heat during
some time after disconnection!
