INSTALLATION WITH A CLOSED EXPANSION TANK:
The boiler has been verified in the factory at a
pressure of 3,5 bar. Perform the filling at a pressure
no higher than this.
The installation of a 3-Bar security valve is
mandatory.
Recommendations to install the wood-burning
furnace.
The installation must be carried out by placing
the flow and return at opposite points using the
sockets indicated below: Fig. 3.
RETURN
To avoid the furnace from spoiling due to an
excessive heating of the boiler, a breakdown of
the pump or an electric failure, it is recommended
that the first radiations of the installation, at least,
are placed in such a way that they can operated by
thermosyphon, using the larger diameter pipes in
these sections.
The installation of a thermal safety valve is
recommended. The drain for this valve must be
wide, visible and protected, so as to prevent spills
or splashes.
Avoid any siphons in the pipes connected to the
expansion tank at all times. This is mandatory.

When installing an H03/70-C furnace with a closed
expansion tank, please take into account the
minimum safety requirements.
VERY IMPORTANT
WE RECOMMEND YOU GET A HEATING SPECIALIST
TO DO THE INSTALLATION.
If the furnace is inadvertently lit without the water
circuit being full, turn the heat off immediately to
avoid damaging the boiler. In this case, NEVER FILL
THE CIRCUIT WITH WATER WHEN THERE IS FIRE
INSIDE THE FURNACE.
The appearance of water on the inside walls of the
boiler, above all during the first times it is used, may
be due to condensation, which tends to disappear
with time.
The HO3/70-C furnace has been designed for
intermittent combustion.
