3.3. Working with the unit
1. Connect the unit to the power supply.
2. Open the front door of the unit [3].
3. Connect the 8mm diameter tube to the sauce bag. Place the sauce bag in the
container [4]. Connect the other end of the tube to the pump [5].
4. Close the door.
5. Turn on the unit using the ON/OFF switch on the back of the unit [6].
6. Set the container or plate on the stand [1].
7. Press the button to apply a portion of the sauce [2].
8. When finished, turn off the units using the ON/OFF switch [6].
3.4. Cleaning and maintenance
a)
Pull the mains plug and let the unit cool down completely before cleaning,
adjusting or replacing accessories and when the unit is not in use.
b)
Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning the surfaces.
c)
Only mild detergents designed for cleaning food contact surfaces may be used
to clean the unit.
d)
After each cleaning, all the parts should be dried well before the unit is used
again.
e)
Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct
sunlight.
f)
Do not spray the unit with a stream of water or immerse it in water.
g)
Perform regular inspections of the unit checking technical fitness and any
damages.
h)
Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
i)
Do not use sharp and/or metal objects (e.g. a wire brush or metal spatula) for
cleaning, as these may damage the surface of the material from which the unit
is made.
j)
Do not clean the unit with acidic substances, medical products, diluent, fuel,
oil or other chemicals as this may cause damage to the unit.
DISPOSAL OF USED UNITS.
At the end of its useful life, this product should not be disposed of with normal
household waste but should be taken to a collection point for the recycling of
electrical and electronic equipment. This is indicated by the symbol on the
