Filters' Saturation Control
The hood is equipped with a device that indicates when it is required to
perform the filter maintenance.
• The saturation control device of the grease filter is always active.
• The saturation control device of the carbon filter is turned off by
default.
To activate the saturation control device of the carbon filter, proceed as
follows:
• Turn off the hood.
• Push the rotating disk for more than 5 seconds.
The illumination around the rotating disk lights completely (flashing)
and a beep will be heard. The saturation control device of the
charcoal filter is activated.
To deactivate the saturation control device of the carbon filter, proceed
as follows:
• Turn off the hood.
• Push the rotating disk for more than 5 seconds.
The illumination L1 and L2 around the rotating disk light (flashing)
and a beep will be heard. The saturation control device of the
charcoal filter is deactivated.
Grease filter saturation indicator
L1 + L2 flash when you have to perform maintenance of the grease filter.
Activated charcoal filter saturation indicator
L3 + L4 flash when you have to perform maintenance of the activated
charcoal filter.
Reset of the filter saturation signal
• After filter maintenance, switch on the hood.
• Push the rotating disk for more than 5 seconds.
You will hear a long beep confirming the reset.
Note: In case of simultaneous signaling (grease filter and activated
charcoal filter saturation), you must repeat the reset twice.
