1. IMPORTANT REMARK

Thank you for trusting us and choosing our AMI2-70 (low-impedance output) or AMI2-70TR
(100V/70V line output) amplified mixer. In order to obtain the best performance and efficiency it's VERY
IMPORTANT to carefully read and follow all considerations specified in this manual before connecting
the product.
In order to guarantee the optimum operation of this unit, we strongly recommend that its
maintenance be carried out by our Authorised Technical Services.

1.1. Safety Precautions

This apparatus must be earthed through its mains cable.
Do not expose the unit to rain or water splashes, and do not place liquid containers or
incandescent objects like candles on top of the unit.
Any change in the configuration of the unit must be carried out by a qualified technician. Should
any connection / disconnection task be done, always disconnect the unit from the mains supply.
There are no user serviceable parts inside the unit.

2. INTRODUCTION

The AMI2-70/TR is a 1U professional 2 channels amplified mixer integrating a powerful Class D
stereo amplifier. The built-in power supply has been especially designed to give excellent sound
dynamics given its performance.
The AMI2-70/TR is a compact professional solution for sound systems when the end user is not
necessarily an audio equipment expert since it offers a simple set-up and use.
The AMI2-70TR model has 2 professional audio output transformers allowing the unit to be used in
100V/70V applications.
