Operating instructions for the three-phase motor
a) Upon first use, make sure that the blades of the meat grinder rotate in the direction
of the arrow;
b) Remove the front hold-down nut, grid, blade and auger before switching on the meat
mincer; avoid damaging the parts as a result of improper rotation;
After adjusting the direction of rotation, install the auger, blade, grid and hold-down nut in
the meat mincer in the reverse order; the meat mincer is ready for operation.
