INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing the ECO-FLO Smart Pump and Wi-Fi controller. You now have the utmost protection against floods and
other problems associated with pump failure! This system package includes a pro-quality, 1/3HP cast iron sump pump equipped with
a PSC motor and precision bearings. While this pump is built to the highest standards, it is also equipped with the finest "early warn-
ing" and notification system available today.
Once you properly install the pump and connect your phone or tablet via the App (iOS or Android), you will be able to check the
current status of your equipment in real time, from anywhere in the world. You will be able run the pump from within your home for
troubleshooting purposes. You can see your current water level and other important criteria.
Push notifications will be sent to any device registered with the pump/controller in case of any problems such as:
• Alerts user via app notifications for high water, power outage and other issues
• High Amps (indicates clog or resistance to pumping)
• Power Outage (pump will wait until power is restored to report this condition UNLESS router is installed on a battery backup system
(recommended). If router has a battery backup, user will be notified that there is a power outage at the pump in real-time).
• Power supply fluctuations
• Over-Temperature
• Battery status
• Faulty level sensor
• Faulty relay
• Wireless signal low or lost
Push notifications are also sent when fault conditions are cleared.
HISTORY
The app will record pump history and display graphs on demand for the following:
• Gallons pumped per day
• Average amp draw per day
• Run cycles per day
• Average cycle time per day
SECURITY
This device offers the highest level of security for Smart Home IOT devices. The device can not be accessed unless a user
physically presses the button on the controller during the setup process as outlined in the in-App instructions. It is impossible for
someone outside the home to gain entry in to the Wi-Fi system remotely via the Smart Pump or controller. Pump Wi-Fi is invisible and
un-discoverable by outsiders.ic
UPDATES
The app will notify the user if firmware updates are available. Simply allowing the app to install the updates when prompted will ensure
that the controller always has the latest and most reliable firmware.
The app will also receive periodic updates as improvements are made or if new operating systems are introduced.
