Use
1. Put the plug in the wall socket.
2. Press the ON/OFF switch. The LCD display lights on and "180" appear on the display.
3. Select the desired temperature by operating the temperature switches. If you have
selected the desired temperature, you will see on the display the temperature rises to
the set temperature.
+ Temperature up
If you press the + button, the temperature will be increase by 10°C each time. The
maximum increase is to 230°C.
- Temperature down
If you press the - button, the temperature will be lowered to 10°C each time. The
maximum decrease is to 120°C.
4. Heat on the appliance until the set temperature is reached.
5. Take a section which is not wider than 5 cm. Place it between the ceramic coating plates
and press the handles of the appliance firmly together. Slide the appliance down the
length of the hair in 5 seconds without stopping to prevent overheating. Repeat this
process until you have achieved the desired look. Let your hair cool down. Do not comb
or brush it before it as cooled down, as this would ruin the hairstyle you have just
created.
6. Always select a low temperature setting when you use the appliance for the first time.
For fine medium-textured or softy waved hair, select a medium to low setting (170°C –
140°C).
7. For coarse, curly or hard-to-straighten hair, select a medium to high setting (180°C –
230°C).
Attention - Error information: if the LCD display shows ERR and stop heating during
the use please plug out and reinsert. If such situation happens 2 times continuously,
which means the internal circuit break down.
Switch-off
After use press switch off and pull out the plug.
Leave the device to cool before putting it away! To this purpose place the device on one
side of the housing or hang it up by the suspension lug.
Note! When you are straightening, you might see some steam. Do not be
concerned, this could be because of evaporation of the sebum, some residual
hair products (leave-in hair care, hairspray, etc.) or excess water that is
evaporating from your hair.
