The cup and pump cover are dishwasher safe.
Maintenance (cleaning)
CLEANING OF SOUS VIDE COOKER
To clean the heating element, pump shaft and sensors, wash them with water,
laundry soap and a soft toothbrush. Do not wash the top of the Sous Vide
Cooker, including the main body with water.
CLEANING OF CUP
To clean the stainless steel cup and pump cover, put them in the dishwasher
or wash in the sink using detergent.
Troubleshooting
Normal noise:
In normal use, the noise of a running motor, impeller and cooling fan is heard.
Rattle:
Loosened stainless steel cup. Insert the stainless steel cup into the guide groove and turn right
until it clicks. Once the cup is fixed, the noise will disappear. Accidentally bent agitator shaft
can be another possible cause of rattle. In this case, unscrew the lower pump disc and carefully
press the impeller to center it.
Champing sound:
The pump forms a water vortex similar to that which occurs when the sink or bath is emptied.
Add more water or gently stir the water with a spoon. There is no reliable way to eliminate the
vortex resulting from the pump rotation, but usually it disappears spontaneously.
Gurgling and whistling sound:
Pump draws in air - add more water. In the event of air entrapment, in addition to extraneous
noise, small bubbles appear in the container.
Product damage:
A stream of water from the pump can damage the eggshell or fish fillet:
Turn the pump outlet to the container wall; this will greatly reduce the flow rate at the pump
outlet. In addition, it is recommended to lay eggs in bags so that they do not "explode" in
certain containers.
The device does not turn on:
Check the plug and switches.
Low Water Alarm:
Add more water - the water level may fall during pump operation due to turbulence.
Low water alarm is activated a few seconds after the start of operation:
Add more water. The pump generates "waves". Sometimes these waves cause fluctuations in
the water level in the area of the sensors. Sometimes waves lower the water level directly
