The energy measurements referring to the cooking area are identified by the markings of the re-
spective cooking zones.
Energy saving
You can save energy during everyday cooking if you follow below hints.
• When you heat up water, use only the amount you need.
• If it is possible, always put the lids on the cookware.
• Before you activate the cooking zone put the cookware on it.
• Put the smaller cookware on the smaller cooking zones.
• Put the cookware directly in the centre of the cooking zone.
• Use the residual heat to keep the food warm or to melt it.

Your appliance has the benefit of a comprehensive manufacturer's guarantee which
covers the cost of breakdown repairs. (Details of which are shown on your Proof of
Purchase Document).
• Any claim during the period of the guarantee (MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE
PROOF OF PURCHASE)
• The product must be correctly installed and operated in accordance with the
manufacturer's instructions and used for normal domestic purposes.
• This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, misuse or alternations which are
likely to affect the product.
• The guarantee is invalid if the product is tampered with, or repaired by any unauthorised
person.
