tioner and pull the electrical conduit down. Snap the
molded plug of this conduit into the mating connector
on the relay box.
8. INSTALLATION

A. INSTALLATION OF
1. Remove Return Air Cover and Ceiling Template
from the 3105007, return air cover kit carton.
2. Take the ceiling template and hold it up to the 14"/
355mm opening. Be sure the solid end faces the
rear of the RV/caravan.
3. Hold the ceiling template with one hand and, with
the other, install the three (3) 1/4"/6.4mm mount-
ing bolts through the template and into the base
pan of the air conditioner.
NOTE: Mounting bolts are packed with the relay kit

a. Finger-tighten the three (3) bolts and check
alignment of the air conditioner.
b. Evenly tighten the bolts to a torque of 40-50in.
lbs./4.5-5 NM to secure the air conditioner to
the roof and insure a good water seal.

Measure the ceiling to roof thickness:
a. If distance is 2.00" - 3.75"/50 - 95mm, remove
perforated tab from Divider Plate.
b. If distance is 3.75" - 550"/95mm - 140mm, re-
move no tabs.

Remove the backing paper from double sided tape
located on Ceiling Template.
