5.5. Pushing mode

For pure pushing mode, the Togo can be removed from the wheelchair
as already described. Then push the wheelchair by using the push
handles on the wheelchair.
You can, however, leave the drive unit on the wheelchair and disengage
the drive motor.

• To do so, press the lever downwards (fig. 16).
In this way, the wheelchair can be pushed without the additional
electrical drive. The wheelchair user can also move the wheelchair for
short distances with the drive engaged if necessary.

7. Advice on product care

7.1. Cleaning and disinfection

Make sure the Togo is switched off before starting to clean it.
• The frame and coverings can be wiped using a damp cloth. In the
case of heavy soiling, use a mild cleaning agent.
• To clean the wheels, use a damp brush with plastic bristles (do not
use a steel brush!).
• The control unit and hand grips can be disinfected with standard
surface disinfectant.
• Make sure that electric or electronic components do not come into
contact with water!
Caution! Do not use a high-pressure or steam
cleaning device.
