When the temperature reaches 250℃, lift the upper griddle plate with the working handle.
Pour the cooking oil into the lower griddle plate and place the products on it. Close the oven
and press lightly on the handle. Keep an eye on food while it is being cooked.
When the temperature reaches the set degree, the temperature adjuster can automatically
turn off the power supply. At the same time, the yellow indicator turns off and the green indi-
cator turns on. It indicates that the tubular heater will stop working at the next turn.
The oil tray is at the bottom of the lower module. When meat is being cooked on the press grill,
thick vegetable oil and animal fat drip into the oil tray from the bottom of the griddle plate.
Lift the upper module panel to get a sandwich and other ready meals.
If the temperature is a little lower, the temperature adjuster can automatically turn on the
power. The tubular heaters start working again to heat the griddle plates.
When the operation is finished, turn off the temperature adjuster. Turn off the equipment and
disconnect the power supply.
Note: The temperature limiter is located on the bottom of the case, its activation temperature
is 130℃, and the restart temperature is ‹ 40℃. If the temperature is higher, the safety button
is activated to ensure protection. When using again, please press the safety button first.
6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Turn off the power supply before cleaning to avoid an accident.
Do not use a wet towel with non-corrosive cleaner to clean the griddle plate, equipment surface
and power cable. Do not wash the equipment with water as it may be damaged.
If the equipment is not used, turn off the temperature adjuster and the main switch.
Please store the equipment in a ventilated area without corrosive gases, having cleaned it after
the operation.
