SAFETY NOTES AND OPERATION
Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunctions,
damage or physical injury:
Please read this manual carefully and use the device only
according to this manual.
Dispose of used packaging material carefully or store it out of the
reach of children. There is a danger of suffocation!
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to
use the device, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a
qualified person.
The hose cart set is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of children!
Use the unit only for its intended purpose, to reel up or unreel and to carry a
hose.
Make sure the hose does not become a tripping hazard.
Should the unit become damaged do not use it any further and have it
repaired by a professional or contact our customer service. Do not
disassemble the unit or try repairing it yourself.
Assembly
1. Use parts (a, b, c) to attach the handle (3), as pictured, to the base frame (5).
2. Put the wheels (6) on the axles (7) and secure them with parts (e, f) (figure A
and B).
3. Use the parts (b, c, d) to attach the crank handle (1) on the drum unit (2)
(figure C).
4. Mount the drum unit (2) on the base frame (5) (figure D and E). Use parts (a,
b, c, g) on one side and parts (b, c, h) on the other side.
5. Connect one end of the hose with the angled hose connection of the hose
cart (figure F) and reel up the hose onto the drum unit. The drum unit can
carry about 100 m hose with a thickness of ¾".
6. Use the connecting hose (8) to connect the hose cart via the hose connector
(4) with your water supply.
Cleaning and Care
Protect the hose cart set from negative climatic effects such as rain, snow or
ice. Always store it in a dry room.
Before storing, make sure that no residual water is in the water hose.
