7. Setting the time ("Set Time"): press the mode switch button (6), then turn the regulator to
increase or decrease the cooking time. Set the required operating time for the thermostat.
When the regulator is turned slowly, the timer setting increment is 1 minute. When the regu-
lator is turned quickly, the timer increment is 30 minutes.
8. Cooking. Press the "Start" button to start the device. The thermostat will begin to heat the
water and start its circulation.
To stop operation, press and hold the "Start" button for 2-3 seconds.

The display shows the current water temperature, the preset temperature and the timer.
