OPERATION
1. Selecting the appropriate container. Select the appropriate container in which you wish to
cook. Make sure that the container is of the right size to accommodate both the device and the
products. Maximum container capacity is 18 L. The recommended depth of the container is 10
cm.
2. Connecting the thermostat to the container. Place the device on the side of the container.
Use the adjustable hold-down device to secure the thermostat to the container. The hold-down
device allows both to adjust the thermostat's seating depth and to the wall thickness of the
container. Make sure that the device is well secured before you start operation.
3. Filling the container with water. Fill the container with water in correlation to the level on
the thermostat. The water level must be between MIN and MAX.
