Switching ON
1. Insert the power plug into the socket and switch on by pressing the ON/OFF
switch I/O. To switch off, press the ON/OFF switch I/O once more.
2. Place the meat on the tray. Only use the pusher (11), to gently push the meat
into the filling tube. Do not press the meat too fast and do not block the filling
tube.
Switching OFF
1. If you want to stop operating the electric
mincer and remove the accessories, first
allow the appliance to make 4 – 5 turns
without food, so remaining food can fall into
the bowl.
2. Switch off the appliance and pull the
power plug.
3. Please note, the grinding disc might get stuck
onto the worm shaft and cannot be removed
easily. To remove the grinding disc, use a
suitable and clean object and lift up the grinding disc from the worm shaft.
Accessories
1. Use the accessory compartment to store 2
grinding discs, the adaptor for Kebbe (6) the
horn for Kebbe and the sausage horn (9) for
quick access.
2. The coarse grinding disc (17) is intended to
be used for making ground meat and the fine
and medium grinding discs (7) and (8) are
intended for making fine minced consistency
for sausages.
Reverse Operation
1. To use the reverse running function, press the reversal button (2). Use this
function if the cutter housing is blocked or clocked. Alternately press the
ON/OFF switch and the reversal button several times. Attention: Wait until the
motor has come to standstill before pressing the reversal button.
2. If the blocking cannot be released at all, switch off the appliance. Pull the
power plug, disassemble the cutter housing and clean it thoroughly.
