If the Babyphone still does not operate correctly, please disconnect the power
adapters and remove the batteries. Wait for a short while and then reinstall the
batteries and connect the power adapters again. If the problem still persists please
contact your service agent (see addresses at the end of this manual).

The manufacturer will guarantee the product for two (2) years from the date of pur-
chase, provided the product has been used with care and all operating instructions
have been carefully followed.
We agree to repair the device free of charge, provided the fault is either a material
or design fault. All other claims will be excluded.
Any damage arising from improper use of the device will not be rectified. Leads and
plugs are excluded from the warranty if the fault is caused by wear. Within the first
two years from the date of purchase, we will rectify any faults recognised as being
justified without additional charges. All costs must be confirmed in advance.
When returning the device, the warranty certificate or proof of purchase must be
enclosed at all times.
Without proof of purchase you will be charged. The goods will be returned via COD.
Cords, plugs and batteries are not covered under this warranty.
Please complete the warranty certificate immediately after purchase and keep it in a
safe place. mislaid warranty certificates will not be replaced.
The warranty certificate can be found at the end of this manual.
