Set the time as per the food preparation prescription.
Periodically check the condition of food being prepared by sliding out the bowl for a moment. If necessary, change the time and/
or temperature settings.
Note! Be careful while sliding out the bowl. The bowl is heated to a high temperature in the course of food preparation. Touch only
the handle. It is recommended to use protective gloves.
After the work is fi nished, unplug the power cord from the mains socket. Leave the product for cooling, and then proceed with
maintenance.
WARNING! During and immediately after the work: the bowl and the insert heat up to high temperature. Special care should be
taken. Contact with heated product components may lead to serious burns.
Tips regarding the use of oil free deep fryer
The use of an oil free deep fryer for preparing food helps to provide an advantage over the process of food preparation in a tra-
ditional oven or deep oil frying.
Lowering the cholesterol content. Thanks to the use of forced air circulation, the fatty tissue of food is reduced thus lowering the
cholesterol content.
Time and energy saving. Thanks to the high effi ciency of forced air circulation method for food preparation, it is possible to reduce
the time and energy consumption.
Preserving taste values. Too long time and too high temperature easily deprive the food of its taste values. Thanks to the easy
control of time and temperature, this problem can be solved.
Adding small quantity of fat to dishes being prepared will make them crispy when fi nished.
Mixing the ingredients in the middle of preparation time will make them evenly heated.
Product maintenance
NOTE! All maintenance operations to be carried out with the power supply off . To this end, remove the plug of the power cord
from mains socket.
NOTE! The product must not be immersed in water or in any other liquid. The product must not be washed under running water,
in dishwashers or under water jets. The bowl and the insert after dismantling from the product and cooling down may be washed
under running water, by immersing them and in mechanical dishwashers.
NOTE! Allow the product components to cool down completely before washing. Do not speed up the cooling process by immersing
of hot parts in water.
The product is designed for preparation of food placed in the bowl's insert, therefore take care of proper hygiene so that the food
preparation is safe.
For cleaning, use a mild dishwashing detergent . Residues of solution to be removed using a cloth soaked with water (a lid) or
rinse with running water (other components). Then wipe the product to dry or leave to be dried off .
The product should be cleaned before the fi rst use and after each use, waiting before it cools down completely. Clean all food
residues which remained on the product, this will prevent any burning while it is reused, and also will prevent any decrease of
product effi ciency.
Do not use any solvents, corrosive agents, alcohol, gasoline or abrasive agents for cleaning.
Vents in the lid should be cleaned using a vacuum cleaner.
Storage and transport of the product
The product when stored should be kept in closed rooms, protect it from dust, dirt and moisture. It is recommended to store the
product in its original packaging.
Store the product in its working position. Do not store products in layers. Do not put anything on the product during its storage.
Transport the product in the factory packaging. Protect it against excessive shocks during transport. Do not put anything on the
product during its transport.
