Household use only.

Do not insert foreign objects into this product.
3.
Outdoor extension cords must be used with outdoor use products and are
surface marked with suffix letters "W-A" and with a tag stating "Suitable for Use
with Outdoor Appliances".
4.
The connection to an extension cord should be kept dry and off the ground.
5.
Store products indoors when not in use–out of reach of children.
6.
Do not clean this product with a water spray or similar method.
7.
The product should only be connected to a circuit that is protected by a ground-
fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI).
8.
Any other servicing should be performed by a service representative.
9.
If the unit is malfunctioning, unplug it and contact the manufacturer.
10. Do not place unit in an area where it can fall into water or near flammable
materials.
11.
Avoid looking directly into the UV light. Skin or Eye damage may result from
directly viewing the light produced by the lamp in this apparatus.
12. Insects accumulating within base of the unit may contribute to fire. Clean dead
insects from unit frequently as noted in this manual.
13. Lamps are replaceable by user. See replacement bulb information located in this
manual.
