CATCHING THE BOBBIN THREAD
1. Raise the presser foot by pulling up the Presser
Foot Lifter.
2. Hold the top thread (A) and turn the Handwheel
B
A
toward the front of the machine to make the needle
go down and back up. You will see a loop formed by
the bobbin thread (B).
3. Pull the loop to find the end of the bobbin thread.
4. Pull ends of both threads to the back of the machine
(C) and slide the Bobbin Case Cover back into place.
You are now ready to start sewing.

CHANGING THE NEEDLE
Caution: When changing the needle, make sure the device is in LOCK/OFF position.
1. Raise the needle to its highest position.
2. Hold the needle and loosen the Needle Clamp Screw
(E). Remove the old needle.
3. Insert the new needle into the clamp with the flat side
toward the right of the machine making sure the eye
E
is straight facing the right or the left of the machine.
Be sure to push the needle all the way up into the bar
before tightening the Needle Clamp Screw (E).
4. Tighten the Needle Clamp Screw.
Please note: After replacement of the needle, first move
Handwheel toward the front of the machine to check if
there are stitches, and then operate machine by power
ONLY WHEN THE NEEDLE IS IN RIGHT POSITION AND
THERE ARE STITCHES BEING FORMED.
IMPORTANT: Safely store and dispose of used machine
needles (pins and other sharp objects) in a container to
prevent them from becoming loose in the trash, and then
place the container in the garbage.

1. The upper threading is not correct.
2. The presser foot is not in the down position.
3. The needle is not fully inserted in the needle bar.
4. The needle eye is not facing the right or the left of the machine.
5. The needle is bent.
6. Lower threading is not correct.
7. The wrong size bottom bobbin is used.
8. Upper threading is too loose.
9. The bobbin placement in case is not in the right position which will block its
correct movement.
This appliance is not intended for use by person (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the device by a person responsible for
their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
