If the above method still does not resolve the issue, please do
the following:
Please turn off the switch and restart the device;

If you still cannot solve the problem after restarting the robot,

Check whether the charging pole which is in
contact with the main unit is dirty
Check if the power supply has power and if
the charging indicator is on
The host will try by all means to escape, if not,
help them manually.
Keeping the threads of the room neat, lift the curtains
and smooth the edges of the carpet to
prevent the device from jamming.
When the battery is low, the machine will stop the
side brush and the fan, and start the smart
charging function.
Check if the collision strip can rebound.
Check whether the floor detectors are
obstructed, and whether the transparent wall
detection bar is clogged with dust.
Check if there is a wrap around the side brush. If
so, please remove the side brush and clean it.
The side brush will go into safety when there is strong
resistance and stop.
Please clean the suction port
Please clean the dust container regularly
Please clean the main fi lter and the HEPA filter
regularly.
Please take out the dust container in time, clean
and dry it
Please turn off the device in time and make sure it
is completely dry before restarting it to use.
