Solution
Use a dry cloth to wipe the
lower drop detection cover
of the device.
Use a dry cloth to wipe down
the wall detection bar.
Please place the machine in
a secure area to restart it.
Please clean the drive wheels.
Remove the side brush and
clean off any foreign
objects that may have
clung to it.
Charge the host.
Contact customer service
Turn off the device and check
if the mechanical collision bar
can bounce
correctly.
