Turbo lance's sprinkler nozzle
7. Hold the turbo lance (19) and
untighten the sprinkler nozzle (20)
clockwise;
8. Insert a needle inside the hole and
move it forwards and backwards until
unclog;
9. Wash every element with water until
be completely clean;
10. Assemble every component in the
reverse order of disassembly;
It is important that the sprinkler
nozzles are regularly inspected
and cleaned.
5.3 - CHANGING/
REPOSITIONING THE PUMP
OIL
The pump was dimensioned to run
with the same oil during the machine's
service life.
However, in case of leak, stop the
machine immediately and call technical
assistance.
Question/Problem
The tool does not start:
• The power cable is not plugged in or there is an
electrical failure;
• The extension cord is too long or the cord is to
thin;
• The power supply is to low;
• The system is pressurized;
• The thermal protection has triggered;

5.4 - CLEANING AND STORAGE
Cleaning
Clean the machine after each use.
Careful handling protects the machine
and extends its lifespan.
Storage
The machine should be stored in a dry
place, mainly in the winter, to avoid
damages caused by the ice.
1. After finishing, remove the water from
the pump, press the gun trigger until
there's no water in the sprinkler nozzle;
2. Disassemble the pressure hose, gun
and lances;
3. Drain the water from every accessory
and use a clean cloth to clean the hoses
and accessories exterior;
4. Clean the water inlet filter and the
sprinkler nozzle;
5. Put the cover in the water inlet;
6. Store the machine in a clean and dry
place;

Solution
• Check the plug, socket and the circuit breaker of the power
supply circuit;
• Remove or replace the extension cord;
Connect the power cable directly in the electrical outlet;
• Check if the supply tension is the recommended;
• Press the gun trigger;
• Allow the machine to cool down and turn it back on;
