The vegetable cutter is packed in a sturdy cardboard box with shaped inner edges to ensure the perfect integrity
of the machine during transport.
Equipment includes:
•instructions for use and maintenance
•high ejecting disc and low ejecting disc
All the packing components (carton, foam, straps, and so on) can easily be disposed of as household waste
3. INSTALLATION
3.1. SETTING THE MACHINE
The machine connection and the setting at work must be made by skilled personnel. Warning: both the system
and location where the equipment has to be set must comply with the regulations for the accident prevention and
electrical regulations ice force.
The manufacturer accepts no liability for direct or indirect damage that may result from failure to comply
with the above-mentioned regulations.
Place the equipment on a large, level, dry and firm surface, away from sources of heat and splashing water.
3.2. ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS
The equipment is supplied with an electrical cable to be connected to a magneto-thermal main switch which
stops the machine when the operator accidentally comes into contact with the rotating elements. It is essential
that the equipment is well earthed in accordance with current standards.
The manufacturer disclaims all liability for direct and indirect damage that may result from failure to
comply with current standards. The vegetable cutter is produced in the single-phase v.220/1/50 hz
version.
