If you are unable to solve the problem then contact the service centre. When you do so, state the
type, model and serial number shown on the type plate or label on the inside of the appliance.
Cause/Solution
• A door has been open for too long: close the door.
• If the lighting in the compartment has also stopped working then
the door sensor is defective. Call the service centre to make an
appointment for repair work. The appliance operates in the safe mode
until it has been repaired. The appliance automatically retains the most
suitable temperature for each compartment.
