• When installing into drywall or concrete block, use
expansion sets to ensure a firm grip.
• Confirm that the mounting bracket location on the
wall or ceiling is appropriate (i.e. provides adequate
clearances between assembled running man
sign and other objects, such as walls, ceiling or
swinging doors) by holding the assembled running
man sign in the mounting bracket and holding

Mark pilot hole locations on wall using mounting
holes in mounting bracket. (See Figure 1)

2. Drill pilot holes in wall surface.
3. Remove the top channel of the frame by removing
screws on both ends. (See Figure 2)

ceiling. All clearances should then be confirmed
as acceptable prior to the mounting bracket being
fixed to the wall or ceiling.
• After installation is complete, the visibility of the sign
from all potential viewing angles and distances
should be confirmed.
MOUNTING
4. Slide mounting bracket into one of the side
channels. (See Figure 3)

5. Insert provided screw into mounting bracket center
hole and secure. Fully tighten. (See Figure 4)
6. Put top channel back on with the two screws that were
removed in Step 3. Fully tighten. (See Figure 4)

Level and mount sign to wall. Screw four screws
(not provided) through mounting holes in mounting
bracket to secure to wall.
