Symptoms
Receiver does not
work – no sound
transmission.
The sound transmis-

Cause
Receiver is not
switched on.

No battery in receiver.
Battery in receiver is dis-
charged or not charged.
No visual connection
from the receiver to the
sender or too far away
from the sender.
The battery energy is
almost totally consumed.
The device is operated
together with a plasma
TV set. Plasma TV sets
interfere with the infrared
transmission.
Battery is not completely
charged or defect and
therefore no longer
operational.
Resolution
Switch the receiver on
by using the ON/OFF
switch on the back.

Insert battery in receiver.
Charge battery or insert
fully charged battery.
Remove obstacles from
the front of the sender
or align the front of the
sender to the receiver.
Align the receiver closer
to the sender.
Charge battery or insert
fully charged battery.
