B. Disable "Volume Shadow Copy" service.
a. Type "computer management" in the Start Menu, then press "Enter".
b. Go to "Services and Applications>Services"; Then double click "Volume
Shadow Copy".
c. Set "Startup type" to "Disable" then Click "OK".
