Operation
 Press on the LED push button unit (6) to switch on
respectively off the LED light.
 To write, simply pull back the protection cover (8) from
the ball pen and put it on the back barrel (7).
 If not in use, always put the protection cover (8) onto the
front barrel of the ball pen to prevent the pen refill from
running dry.
Exchanging the Ballpoint Pen Refill
 Turn the back barrel (7) from the ball pen.
 Then turn the ballpoint pen refill (2) counter clockwise
from the front barrel (1).
 A spare pen refill set is available from Westfalia under
Art. 83 61 56.

Exchanging the Batteries

 Turn the back barrel (7) from the ball pen.
 Pull the LED push button unit (6) out of the battery
compartment (4).
 Insert three new batteries of the type AG3 with the plus
pole (+) first into the battery compartment.
 Reassemble the ball pen in reverse order.
