AUTOMATIC PEDESTRIAN CLOSURE
E
The pause time before automatic pedestrian closure of the gate is defined during general
setting.
N
Maximum pause time being 5 min.
G
The pause time can be activated or inhibited through DIP9 (ON live).
L
I
If enabled through DIP 7 (ON), allows setting the deceleration stroke precisely at
60 cm from open and close travel end.

OPERATION AFTER BLACK-OUT
When mains electrical power is restored press the opening button (K, OPEN, radio).
The gate will open. Let the gate close itself with automatic closure or wait that the flasher
stops blink first to command the closing movement. This operation is valid to obtain the
leaves position readjustment. During this phase all safety devices are active.
SAFETY ACCESSORIES OPERATION
Operates as a safety device during both opening and closure, to revert the motion
sense.
Operation of current sensor is enabled through DIP 10 (ON).
Through the trimmer C.S. (Current Sensor) it is possible to set the sensitivity of the
device as required: rotating the trimmer clockwise more effort is required to revert the
motion sense, rotating the trimmer counterclockwise less effort is required.
In case following a current sensor triggering, during opening or closure, a second
triggering occurs, in the opposite sense, the gate stops and subsequently motion is
reverted for 1 second.
The buzzer will operate for 5 minutes to indicate a warning condition, and the
flasher will light for one minute.
During or after the 5 minutes of buzzer operation, gate operation can be restored
depressing any of the control pushbuttons.
PHOTOCELL 1 (COM-PHOT 1)
They work when DIP 6 is operated.
If DIP 6 is OFF => When the gate is closed, It does not open if there is an obstacle within
the photocells range of action. During operation, photocells work both
when the gate opens (by starting the opening movement after half a
second), and when It closes (by starting the reverse movement after
one second).
If DIP 6 is ON => If an obstacle is present within the photocells range of action when
the gate is closed and Its opening Is commanded, the gate opens
(during the opening movement, photocells do not work). Photocells
work only during the gate closing (by starting the reverse motion after
one second, even if they are still engaged).
STOP BUTTON (COM-STOP)
The STOP button stops the gate during any operation.
If you push It when the gate Is totally open (or partly open, by using the pedestrian
command), this button temporary excludes the automatic closing (If selected by DIP3
and DIP9). It Is than necessary to operate another command to make the gate close
again.
The automatic closing function is enabled again the following opening cycle (If selected
by DIP3 and DIP9).
This connector is wired to a security switch for manual lock.
Following manual unlocking through the key, the security switch opens (led DL8 turns off)
thus preventing the operation of the card and hence of the motor.
Normal operation is allowed only with the switch locked (led DL8 lit).
N.B.: This electric board can supply power only to BLINKERS WITH (ACG7061)
BLINKING CIRCUIT, with max. 20W lamps.
PRE-BLINKING FUNCTION:
- With DIP8 on ON => The motor, the blinker and the buzzer start at the same time.
- With DIP8 on OFF => The blinker and the buzzer start 3 seconds before the motor.
Buzzer - Wiring acoustic warning (24Vdc max 200 mA)
The buzzer emits an intermittent sound signal during opening and closing cycles.
When safety devices are operated (alarm), the intermittence frequency of this
sound signal increases.
WARNING LIGHT - GATE OPEN (COM-SIGNAL):
Its function Is to signal when the gate is open, partly open or not totally closed anyway. It
turns off only when the gate is totally closed.
This signal is not enabled during the programming procedures.
N.B.: If push button panels or lamps are overused, the logic system of the control
ENCODER (option)
CURRENT SENSOR
SEC. LOCK
BLINKER
BUZZER (Optional)
board will be compromised, resulting into a possible operation block.

- All the inputs must be used as clear contacts because the power supply is generated
inside (safe power) the control panel, and it has been laid down in such a way to
guarantee a double or strengthened insulation in relation to the parts with dangerous
power.
- Any external circuitry, connected to the control unit, Expander Card or Expander Plex
Card outlets, must be designed to provide double or strenghtened insulation toward
components under dangerous voltage.
- All inputs are run by a programmed integrated circuit which does a self check every
time it starts operating.
